Laura Ann Stone, 87, entered eternity with God on July 1, 2024 after an extended battle with dementia and ParkinsonÉ«½ä³ÉÈËÖ±²¥™s disease. She was born October 23, 1936 in Stoystown, PA, to Edward and Cleda (Lape) Schrock.

She graduated JBJ High School in Boswell, PA and later moved to Indianapolis. She was employed by Western Electric and retired when AT&T was broken up.

Laura is predeceased by her parents and two brothers, Tom Schrock of Denver, CO and Dan Schrock of Los Angeles, CA. She is survived by her husband, Sam, of Greenwood; daughter, Dianna Jaqua (Bob) of Noblesville; many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Laura was the most caring, loving daughter, mother, wife, sister and friend that anyone could ask for. She will be sorely missed by her family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at Singleton & St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory on Friday, July 5th at 1:30 PM with a visitation prior from 11:30 AM until time of service. Laura will be laid to rest following the service at Washington Park East Cemetery.
